Q Is shipping included? A Shipping is included in our price for all orders delivered in the continental US with the exception of select vertical platform lift models. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other foreign countries there will be additional freight charges based on actual costs. We will be happen to quote the exact, delivered cost on these units. Q Can I return the item? A In the case where you receive a product (except for vertical platform lifts) and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 10 days of receiving it. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. Please note that vertical platform lifts are custom manufactured and no returns are accepted.
To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number please call our customer service number. If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee. Large items such as wheelchair lifts, scooter lifts, and other products require re-stocking fees and shipping charges. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.
